Should children work?

Children should not work until they are of legal age to do so. The legal age in United States is 16 I think. And children should not be forced to work before that. And even when they become that age they should only work because they want to or if the finances are so terrible the family cannot hardly afford food. Then they should try to help out if they can. But at that age, their primary concern should be school.

i dont think children should work, unless they are in severe financial need. This generaly happens with those who are either without parents or remain illiterate. People use them the way they want, sometime cruel people crosses the limit too. Thats really sad, but now India has banned all working children who are under 14 years.

I don't think they should have to. School should be their top priority. At 16, I think it'd be okay. I worked at 14.
