how would you know if a picture is copyrighted or not ????

the photos you take from the internet usually they are copywrited photos. So you have to be careful in taking and posting photos from other sources that you do not know. To be safe post only the photos that you personally take. It will be hard if someone will catch your copywrited photos that do not belong to you. this is punishable by laws. there are watermarks also for copywrited photos so you can check it before doing anything.

well, every picture on the internet is copyrighted!! they are paying money for that bandwidth that they are using for uploading that picture..if u try to use them on an other site, its lik stealing their bandwidth..

i am not sure. but i think myLot would not allow to upload any copyrighted image and myLot wud give you alarm while uploading. otherwise it's very difficult to know.

If a picture is copyrighted it will usually have a disclaimer from the person your downloadingor if not it will contain a watermark on the image a watermark is like a signature like wrting the companys name putting its logo...proffesional photographers put their signature as a watermark on the image
