well my friends..can u respond to this topic. can u tell me whether a pound of gold is heavier or a pound of cotton is heavier...

yo man great qn gold is always weighed by troy weight which only contains 12 ounces to a pound. So pound of cotton is heavier

It's a question I already knew when I was a kid. They weight the same,no matter what shape and size they are.

a pound is a pound no matter if it is gold, cotton, or even feathers. The volume of it would just be different not the weight.
