well I turned on the news this morning and saw that 95% of people like when stores say merry christmas to you and 35% said that would incuraged them to purchase things from the store . whereas I believe about 46% find it offensive when stores dont say it and a percentage of them ( I can't remember ) said that it would cause them to not purchase anything form the store... I mean can you believe this, seriously who cares all I know is when I go to a store I need good discounts, shorts lines at checkout and no problems at check out. I could careless about them speaking to me I don't need any associates harrassing me with that .. Just let me shop... What do you think???

Well its not a good experience whne you are out to shop and someone from a store or outside starts harrassing you. You dont feel like shopping anymore.

ya me neither, i never let the sales people help me, it is annoying, however a nicely decorated store with nice christmas music will tend to get me into a chritmas buying mood
