Carb free.
Zucchini fried like hashbrowns and scrambled eggs.

Yum that sounds so good. I skipped lunch today. I was working and we were real busy. Today for dinner though I had a baked potato and fried okra. It was either very good or I was just starving so bad that anything would have tasted goo.

You were probably starving, I try not to miss meals just cause it seems that when you do you overeat next one and that is not healty.
