LanCard had not been detected, what shall I do?

Am using a PCI motherboard and using it's Lan also, suddenly last night it was not being detected even after reinstallation and I got no internet connection for that from home. Have you encountered this already guys? Please help me! Thanks.

reinstalling the OS may fix the the problem.otherwise u should make a repair.

I just reinstall the OS and it's OK now. Hope I won't encounter this again next time.
