u mean to say you want to start an agency for airline ticket booking ?

This is not as easy as you might think especially not if thats not your cureent occupation and if you have no experience . You might be able to sell tickets for non IATA Airlines if you make such an agreement with the respective airlines BUT to be in the position to sell tickets for the big airlines you have to be registered at the IATA and you will get a commission from them for all tickets sold -If you go on the internet you will find more information on it

Hey, I actually signed up for to be an online travel agent. The site I went through is http://www.ytb.com/token . The site will provide you with your own website to promite and sell tickets through. You can set up cruises, car rentals, restaurant reservations, sports tickets and etc plus you get discounts on all the trips that you take. I think you should check up this site if you are really interested in having an online booking site.

you might be able to do that for very small airline that are not IATA and ICAO aligned. the best way is to start a travel agency and sign up for one of the major Ticketing systems like amadeus
