do you set an alarm clock or wake up on your own?

I wake up on my own but if I had an early morning job I would have to set an alarm.

I always set alarm...but mostly I wake up before alarm rings.....

my husband does that too. he will set the alarm but wake up on his own most of the time. thanks for your reply.

No alarm for me, but for hubby. He gets up, I get up. Or my cats know it is time to wake up, and one of them will stick her paw in my mouth. Hehhe. I'm not wild about that.

I have to set my alarm or I would never get up. My two kids are on totally different scedules. My daughter goes to bed at 9 pm for school. Buy my 4 year old ( who goes to school just in the afternoon) does not go to bed till around 1-2am. But then my daughter has to get up at 6:30am for school. So I get up with her and my husband will stay at home with my son while I take her to school, and then he leaves right after I get home. Then he will wake up around 8-9am. It makes for a long day, but I have gotten used to it. Good thing I am a at home mom!!! If I did not have a alarm there would be no way I could get up to get my daughter around, I would sleep right threw the morning!!!

i always set an alarm in my mobile phone... i have never been able to get awake without an alarm.

I start work between 9 and 10. I tend to set my alarm on my mobile phone for 7.45 to give me time to shower and get ready for work. In the last few months, I've woken up practically every working day before the alarm went off but I still don't trust myself to wake up without the alarm LOL!
