hey frnd do u know some history regarding kuchipudi.as how it got name.i tell u.it goes this way.kuchipudi once nawab kuli kutub shah of hyderabad was travelling across his state and came to one village called kuchelapuram. he was very thirsty so he wanted water from the villagers. the villagers treated him with water&food and some entertaining dance perfomance of their village. the nawab was practically amazed and told them that they sould nurture this dance. later on he annonced that this dance will be his premeire court dance and thus the "KUCHHIPUDI" dance was born.
