Any Webelos Boy Scout Leaders or Parents?

I am a new leader in Troop 185 in Shawnee, KS. I am 18 and just recently got my Eagle!! I would like to help with anything you will need!

Most excellant TF. It is a duty of an Eagle Scout to give back more to Scouting then it has given them. Keep up the good work and go to training. New Leader Essentials, Position Specific Training for Scoutmasters and check to see if University of Scouting is happening nearby. With those under your belt and the guidence of your existing Troop Leaders you will be in good hands and have a wealth of information to draw from to provide a good program.

There are several Web Sites like Usscouts.org that have lots of help for your monthly program. Baloo's bugle in this site is one of the best sources for this information. Also go to your District's Roundtable and they SHOULD go over stuff for your upcoming month. Of your district does not (shame on them) or the date of the meeting is one you cannot make check the districts around you and see if can make their's. Don't worry about not being in their district because we are all one big happy family and they just might want to know how your district does things as well.
