is FORREST GUMP the best movie ever?

definitely its a great movie but i dont think its the best ever. i do love that movie actually until now whenver im down i want to watch it cause it gives me some hope. it has alot of values that needs to be learn. it also tell us that love can be true even to the most disabled person. i also like the way tom hank portray the character...

Personally, I don't think so. There are a lot of good movies, including Forrest Gump, of course. I seldom watch movie. But if I does, I always go for the best rated ones. There are a lot of it.

Forrest Gump is really a great movies, and i watch it many times, but i cant say it's the best one, maybe just one of the best!

In different aspects, it IS the best movie ever! It is inspiring and what makes a movie the best ever is when it leaves an impact to alot of viewers. I know many many people claim Forrest Gump as their favorite movie and it's because it's very inspiring and very heartfelt. Most of all, it isn't hard to comprehend but the movie was still able to inculcate a deeper meaning. I just love Tom Hanks! Kudos to you!

Ohhh I love this movie. It is such a great story. How he can overcome his disability and encounter such incredible experiences just by being honest and treating people right. Its such a simple concept!

Forrest Gump was definaltey a great movie...but, I wouldn't say it was the best movie ever. There are just soo many movies to choose from and plaenty that have still not some out! But, Forrest Gump is a really great movie!!! :D

i won't say that it is the best movie ever 'cause there are lots of movies that are yet to come but i would recommend everyone to watch it. it's a nice and quality movie. full of lesson and inspiration. i can still remember its famous line "life is a box of chocolate, you'll never know what you're gonna get..." ^^

Forrest Gump is a great movie. Well you cannot have a single best movie. Green Mile by Hanks and also Shawshank Redemption falls in the same class. Well, it belongs to the class of great movies.

I do agree. It is the best movie ever.I remember that many years ago I asked my father to buy me a VHS copy for my birthday. I never got tired of watching that movie all over again. I loved the quote: "Life is like a box of chocolates...you never know what you're gonna get".
