Help for insomnia

Please help. I have been unable to get an uninterrupted nights sleep for over 3 months now. I wake up every hour, have difficulty falling asleep. Any suggestions?

I have had the sam problen for some time now and my doctor told me I must recondition my mind.... She said sleeping hours are meant to be from about 12midnight til 8am, the body is really set for that, no televisions or reading should be done in bed, do that in another room and condition your mind for sleep. I have been doing it for about 2 weeks now and I really think it is starting to work....

try not to think too much at night and a glass of milk can help ^^ if you think your insomnia is worse, i suggest to seek professional help, a good doctor so he can give you safe medicines to take. you should pay real attention to your problem. sleep is important. good luck ^^
