i prefer u should not buy a company pc rahter get an assembled pc. the best specifications r - INTEL pentium 4, 3.2 dual layer processor, 1gb ram, 160gb hard disk, 128 graphic card, cd reader+writer, dvd reader+writer, speakers. all of this u can get in just 25,000, if u take 4m a good person. if u buy a company pc then it will cost u around 32-35,000.
