How to stay young...

.......and if i may add, love and get loved. LOVE is one factor which keeps us going and going strong and young. ....and i like that bit LIE ABOUT YOUR AGE but act like the one you are!!

Do a lot of exercise and make sure you don't put on weight. It's weight that causes most health problems.

I don't think there is any secret at all in staying young and why lie about your age? Age is a state of mind and has nothing to do with years on this earth as far as I am concerned. I have met some "old" people who are only in their 20's and 30's and some "young" people who are in their 80's and 90's. I am happy to tell anyone and everyone that I am 56 years YOUNG. Looks, weight, beauty, hair etc don't come into it at all but it is about having a positive attitude and a zest for life.

in my oppinion to stay young is in your mind, if you think like a young person you will be more young than a old person, have a great day!

How to Stay young? easy question, Smile everyday, avoid yourself for being angry, lie to your age....

Fortunatelly I still do nothave to lie about my age, most people think I am 7-8yrs younger, than I am,though I have some greyhair. I do not know why, maybe because I smile a lot. Oh, yes I lie down latest till 22oclock. I suggest it to you all!
