how do you get along with your neighbours?

Well one of my neighbors is my mother and brother, and since they have no phone, it can be a pain sometimes to be the local messenger, my other neighbor can be a bother at times, always wanting to come over to use the computer, and if you take your phone off the hook she will just come over and wait until she can get on, and we also have neighbors who live upstairs, lets just say you know when there home because they for some reason have to shake the entire building when they go up and down the stairs.But all in all we don't have any major problems, we pretty much get along with everyone that lives around here.
