Don’t believe you’ll loose weight quickly. You won’t. Don’t starve yourself you will loose weight at a slower rate. Eat less, moderate what you eat and if you don’t know how to, learn to cook, pick up recipes, try spark people.com for motivation and inspiration, there’s also a few recipes that are deemed ‘healthy’. Exercise, join activities you enjoy, swim, cycle and begin running. Do at least 30 minutes a day, but if that’s too much at first start off at 5/10 minutes and build up gradually, remember that doing 5 minutes is better than doing nothing so don’t have a ‘all or nothing attitude’ to exercise. Within the first few weeks of exercise you may see you’ll loose anything from 5-9lb a week; great, but don’t depend on it or get disappointed when it drops down to 2lb-4lb it’s natural and a good rate to loose. I’ve lost four stone(50lb+) and I feel fitter, and healthier. I’ve dropped cloth sizes and realised the joy of exercise. It’s a journey, it’s not going to happen ever night, you’ve spent along time putting this weight on, why would it be any difference to take it off?

Dieting is just waste, it not only make u weak physically but also it showz its real effect whn ur grow old. If I wud b in ur place I wud hav joined a nice gym nearby to my house n wud follow the steps adviced by my coach....thtz da only healthy way to lose weight in a healthy way...it doese'nt mean u can eat whtever u want, u need to follow some rulez lik eat less oily food, but u can eat a heavy meal n tht too 3 times a day, bt shud b nutritious, less in fat n calories....:)

mix half a cup of water wid, 2 teaspoon of coffee powder, 1 teaspoon of honey,1 teaspoon lemon juice...have dis nd do some working out..it will be double effective.... this drink makes da body fat loose..nd when u work out after dat, fat burns faster.... TRY IT OUT

Instead of eating snacks like potatoe chips, eat fruit or veggies.
