Have you beaten anybody up? What did you feel before and after you did it? And why did you beat that person up?

wen i beat up some one i get a mixed fealing , only really hit someone hard once.
it was a sparring match wen i knocked afriend of mine out with a kick to the face- the fight stopped - i had amixed feeling of joy and sorrow, i really felt bad cause i hurt the guy pretty badly.

I have beaten someone up before and before I did it I was furious and when it was all over I felt terrible that a calm person like me could do such a thing so I went and got help I talked to a therapist for years.As to why they hit me first and would not quit when ask and I am bipolar and I just snapped.I will never do it again it wasn't right and I need to be able to deal with my concious when I go to bed.
