How do you keep yourself fit?

Can you share some tips that really work?

I go to they gym 5 times a week, do cardio and light weight lifting. I try not to eat a lot of bread products, sods, sweets. It must be working, as I have lost 20 lbs in the last 2 months, only 10 to go :)

keep up your food and diet, do some exercise at least 20 minutes a day, dont sleep unleast u are sleepy,

I go for a brisk walk of 4 kms daily in the morning. In the evening I use the static cycling for 20 minutes.
