Do you take a nap?

Yea i take a nap just about every other day. I start high school at 7:10 and thats really early to me. I wouldnt say i have a problem with sleeping at night once i've taken a nap earlier that day, but it is definnetly harder to fall asleep. I'm not sure how many different ways you've tried to fall asleep, but there are many things that can help. For example listen to soft music, or when the television is on at a low volume with the lights off in the room.

I would like to take a nap sometimes during the day,but I have a 3 year old and he don't take naps.So therefore I don't get to take naps anymore.

I like a lot to take a nap in the afternoon and it seems to be very refreshing for me.I am a nap fan!LOL.But I think it is very painfull for kids to sleep in the afternoon!

oh yeah love my naps. lol, i havent been taking them lately though, since i have been laid off i havent which i think is wierd cuz you would think i would have time now.

I do sometimes and still get to go to bed at night too.
