Are humans desroyed the world?

Yes, I think we are detroying the planet. We breed to fast, the population if the world is set to double yet again within the next 50 years, which is a shocking thought, and we use far more than we need to survive comfortably. We are also destroyng each other, our greed is causing us to want goods made by virtually slave labour so that we can spend our own money on luxuries. We bing our children up to expect a lavish consumer lifestyle and not say thank-you. People have very little shame about these things, and that really saddens me.

i think in the 20th century money became the new god, everything that was done was done in the interests of securing money for someone, now we have a chance to change this but do we have the will? i think not
