Push button adjustable wrench?

I've seen commercials for these and thought it might be a neat gift idea for one or two people. Has anyone tried these? Do they hold up? Or are they cheap and break easy? Where do you buy them at - Sears? Walmart? Looking for thoughts and opinions from anyone that's seen or tried this wrench. Thanks!

I found them at Walmart, but when I checked the price and saw they were $28 I decided that was too much! Neat idea, but still just a gadget and not worth that much money! Thanks for your response.
