Shootings.

Here in Ireland every time you turn on the news or the radio you hear of another stabbing or shooting. Most are drug and crime related. What should be done to stop this. My hubby thinks they should all be locked up somewhere like Alcatraz where they can never escape. The prisons here cant hold them so what should be done. Death penalty perhaps.

We are suffering from this here as swell. 10 years ago there wsa not this much violence... I am not sure what to do, soon it is not safe to even go out during dark hours - or not even during daytime. it has been alot of shootings in the last month.. even kids killing kids, and kids killing their parents ... it is scary what the world is becoming!
