NO QUALITY TIME

We have been living separately for almost 7 years,he comes once a month to visit the kids,but just to see them and he doesnt have any quality time with them.He says hes always busy.The kids doesnt mind even if hes not around as long as he supports them financially,they dont even like him to visit them because they cant do their stuff when his around,he always makes negative comments.
