Has Mylot ever answered any of your questions?

I have known of couple of people who have written to them.. and i have asked them a question.. and i never got a response.. and they never have either.. Is there another way of asking them something.. or solving a problem.?

Actually ive just asked mylot a single question.BUt i have gotten an answer for my query!! But then i didnt find the answer very satisfactory...but i dont blame them ... they would be getting millions of queries...im just surprised they found time for me !!

I have submitted a couple of questions to mylot and they did eventually respond. It took a few days though and some of that was over the week end, so don't give up they get to it eventually.

There are few times when I have send my doubt's to mylot but I never got the mail from them. I think they may be getting lots and lots of mail daily from the members and that is why it is not possible for them to reply all of us.. That is why I don't mind it.

I have asked total of 6 questions to myLot staff. Most of them are answered by them. Only 2 are not answered. i do not know the reason may be they are too busy.

My lot asnwers a few but most of the time you learn from fellow members. I learned from discussions I read , questions I asked and post I responde to . Sometimes they canr answer it all. But they do answer what they can.

not always, i have some discussions without responses even if they were interessant topics for me
