I shud'nt have done that with my best friend's girlfriend......I m feelin guilty

when i was in class 12, shakti was my best friend..we were just like brothers.everything was going nicely..shakti had a girlfriend ipsita.Both loved each other very much.We all belong to same class & same section.I never had any wrong intentions towards ipsita. But that day when she came to my house to ask me some math doubts,as a was good at maths.my parents were not at home..they went to grandma's house as she was very ill.We were discussing maths nicely...she was sitting just beside me on the mat.Suddenly her hand touched my hands.i dnt knw it whether it was intentionally or not.Something happened inside me...i dnt know.we both looked at each other for a while,& without thinkin twice we did something which should'nt be done...from that day onwards i am feeling very much guilty & i feel am not able to be a good friend...kindly suggest whether i should tell evrything to my friend or should i remain silent n continue the friendship...
