Reducing Weight

I think for reducing weight & to be fit, we have to excercise a lot and not to reduce our normal diet.

You are right but avoiding three white poisons is essential.They are 1)milk 2) milk products like cheese and butter 3) sugar & fat Try this and do exercise or walking/jogging 5 to 8 km every day you will slim without reducing your diet.
