well....for me it would be DimSum...yummy just love them...what about you...which is your favourite chinese cuisine???? my sisiter love veg noodles tossed in chilli sauce

Noodles - Chow mein is a stir-fried dish in American Chinese cuisine, consisting of noodles, meat, and cabbage and other vegetables. The pronunciation of "mein" is Cantonese and the pronunciation of "mian" is Mandarin. It is often served as a specific dish at westernised Chinese restaurants with soy sauce and vegetables such as celery, bamboo shoots, and water chestnuts.
Mine is the Non Vegetarian Chillie Garlic Noodles with Honey Chicken served at 2000 Milestone (A restaurant in Sahibabad). I simply love it, believe me this is better than the ones served in the best chinese restaurants
