interaction - Its needed in the work place
I think That I work fairly well when I can communicate and interact with others. my job has to have some life in it. If not you will always hate your job.

Well I work dam hard at my office. I am a web designer and not I have been given the main post for all the HTML and designing section. So I am doing my best for the betterment of my office. Anyways I am always a hard working guy, I want more exposure so that I can get more good job and earn more.
