Reasonable level of Fitness?

Reasonable fitness? I weighed just over 18 stone (Yes, come on! I know not all of you can go out without a fat joke/insult, it’s impossible for some of you :P) I now weight 14 stone and will continue to loose. I’m now very active, I swim, cycle and run. Though I really want to get into the Territorial Army (British Army Reserves) They don’t call for great fitness, which is good because I’m not there yet, but obviously they want a reasonable level of fitness, so what is a ‘reasonable level of fitness’?

Reasonable fitness for me is being able to be active, and do your work and everyday activities without being tired or out of breath.

I'd say being able to run at least a mile, especially for army work, I reckon they do alot of running!
