Can someone tell me how to get static out of hair!!!

I can't even brush it because it gets worse. I look like an idiot with my hair standing on end. Even my ponytail stands up. HELP.

You could use a hair balsam after washing your hair, maybe you could also use clothes made of cotton and other nature materials or rinse your clothes in softener after washing them.
