Do you believe in ghosts?

I watch a tv programme called Most Haunted where they visit supposedly haunted locations. They have a spiritual medium on the show who is very accurate when it comes to communicating with the spirit world. They catch 'orbs' on camera, have filmed trigger objects moving and have recorded voices and other noises on tape. I myself have experienced strange phenomena in the past which make me feel that I have communicated with the deceased. What about you, do you believe in ghosts, have you ever experienced people from the past communicating with you?
