can you tell if the person you trust most is lying to you about something?

i have problems about trusting people. it's not that i don't trust people. but because i trust them a lot. which i know isn't nice because most of the time, i ended up just being tricked. but there are some people who knows when one is lying. how could you tell?

if he is lying he is either smiling with his teeth showing or he widen his eyes or does this weird thing where his eyes vibrate we have been together for 7 years but i learned all this the first year we met

I know it sounds awful but I don't trust anyone 100% I think it has to do with being burnt too many times in the past by people I trusted and now with time I feel no-one can be trusted 100%. sad but true.
