I'm Addicted

i've tried writing in journals, but my older sister sometimes reads them, and so i never feel comfortable writing all my emotions and feelings. i'm to afraid to ask my mom for professional help, b/c frankly that would mean i would hav to tell her.

Well what are you addicted to? Are you in school? If you are then your school should have a counselor. Maybe they can help you.
