Do You Know Your Rights

Do you really know your fundamental rights. For Eg. If you pay your House Tax a certain % should be spent for the development of the place where your house is situated. Have you ever come across such rights?

hello.
i dont know my fundamental rights becouse i dont have any.i'm not working,never worked,and i will never work.my parents have a lot of money to buy me everything,and pay me the tickets for everywhere i go,so i dont need to know if the house taxes are payed or not,if the light,the water...and other things are payed for this month...i dont know anything about this.im just staying in my bed,whit my comp and post all the day:))
