I am 19 years old and I am always very cold. I get cold more then most people that I know. One of my doctors suggest that maybe I wasnt getting Enough Iron In my Diet. I didnt think that I would I would need them so Soon. What Is the best vitamins to take to give you all that you need in one tablet?

Any multi vitamin should do the case, but make sure it is FDA approved. You can always take an iron supplemest too in addition to a vitamin, but be careful!! Too much iron can cause your digestive system to react differently, causing constipation and cramping. (Not to mention your stool will be discolored.) You can eat more iron fortified foods too, such as red meats, brocolli, and cereals like bran flakes and Total. Hope that helps.
