money making site for indians?

i am from india and i would like to know if there are any money making sites for indians which do not reqire you to sgn up for paypal accounts or where we do not have to give money for starting off.i payed money for dataentryworks but it is a hogwash and wasted 2000 rs on it...i feel very bad...kindly tell some genuine sites.
