Coffee, Tea or Soda ???

i like to have hand made soda

ice cold coke is my favorite

i always start my day off with a nice hot strong cup of coffee

I don't drink coffee. LOL If you knew what I was like with a coffee caffeine buzz, you would say, "Tia, step away from the coffee!". Most mornings I start with a ice cold Coke!:) But there are days that I start with ice tea also. However, today I have had to start with water.:( I am having to cut my carbs because I am at risk turning diabetic.:( Oh this is so hard!!! Me? Without Cocoa Cola? Even my family knows that is how I start my morning. Tia always has a Coke or she will be very sad. LOL But did you know a Coke has 39 carbs? That is too many carbs at once and I have to cut down. But I must warn everyone now, I am not going to be happy about it and I do not know how long I will last without a Coke!:)
