mobile phone unlocking

Well I posted in a thread to a user that wanted to know how to unlock his motorola v180 so I thought well I might as well put my knowledge to use on this subject and came up with the idea of creating this thread. IF you would like any help in either unlocking or modding your phone, I am sorry to say nokia and motorola only, but if anyone has any other type of phone they need help with, this does not mean that I will not help them, but I will do extensive research on that persons part and give him the necessary information.
