What sport would you prefer to play, wats the difference between these two games, the ball seems to be similar.

Rugbys a stamina game, both games are hard, My understanding of american footbal is that you do a play rest for awhile while another play is sorted out and repeat, rugby you take a rest when you can get it you pretty much have to be running up and down the field the whole time, much like soccer.
