I'm not sure what you're asking exactly. If you're looking to improve your writing skills, there are many things you can do. First, read every day. The more you read, the better you will be able to write. It may not come naturally, however. You need to work on your skills. There are a ton of resources on the web that can help you with your writing skills. Here are a few: Something else you could do is join an online writer's group where you can post sample writing and get advice on it. There are groups at MySpace, Vox and in Usenet. Most important, write, write and write some more!

If you are writing articles for pay, the single biggest thing is that its something you personally would want to read. If you would find it interesting, the odds are someone else would too. Next, pay particular attention to spelling and grammar, its easier to get more work if you are consistently accurate.
