Can I open more than one messenger at a time to use both of my screen names?

One method for this is:
Try going to www.meebo.com and sign up for a free acount. It lets you log on to all of messenger acounts at once and it uses port 80 so it will bypass most of the blocks that companies have for chatting.
Do you know any other method?
