school and college

there is lot of difference in education system in schools and colleges. Schools: spoon feeding, single book whole syllabus covered, uniform etc. Colleges: study by our selfs, single topic many books, rule as u like.

Well i understand there are hell lot of troubles every year jjust to understand the syllabus. I guess there should be a steady standard to be maintained which will stay steady. I hope i am right. Thanks
