How much chilies should you eat?

Chilies contain capsaicin, which is the source of the chili’s heat. They are mostly concentrated in the seeds and ribs. Chilies can burn your mouth and stomach, so it is not wise to eat too much of them, as constant irritation of the stomach may increase your risk of developing stomach cancer.

yup, your right if you have sensitive tummy, but on the other hand there are lots of benefits, like i love the most is, it boost your metabolism to burn more fats, i eat 2 pcs. of chilies three times a day...i prefer to saute them in garlic and onion to reduce capsaicin...
