Yoga is Essential for every life

Yoga plays a very important role in every body's health and we can have a better living and a healthy life with that , daily half an hour yoga can help you in making healthy and can control the physical activities and it not only helps physically but it also helps in mental relief and tension , it frees from all that tensions. Daily the best time for yoga is in the morning hours approximately from 4'o clock to 6'o clock in the morning, and doing so we can gain more health benefits too . Researches say that we can have a higher life span by doing mental exercises like yoga , hypnotism and also by having physical exercises too. So yoga is a god's gift and it helps all to a longer life .

Yoga -- Best tonic for body and mind. Keeps doctor, medicine and tension away. Only thing programme should be combination of aasana, pranayam and dhayan.By little trials you can prepare a package best suitable for you.Do that much time,quantity one should do comfortably.This will keep consistency,regularity which is very important. I am personally doing and enjoying yoga for last 7 years and it has has became passion for me.

i suggest to u yoga called Surat Shabd. It is meditation on Holy Light and Sound and there is no such thing as kundalini-only pure spirit visit www.santmat.net

Yes, I agree. Yoga definately improves our health. I do aasanas every night (around midnight) because I don´t have the time early in the morning. I´ve been practising for nearly 2 years now and feel much better ever since.

well yeah its damn neccessary ! as life today is very fast and people dont have so much time for caring himself ! so better he start taking yoga ! its great boom here in india
