have a sollution to the other's..????

It sounds like her job situation is leaving her very stressed and anxious, which is leading to her lack of sleep. If she is feeling depressed, she could go see a counselor. That really helped with me. Other than that, you could help her relax by making her tea before bed and helping her look for jobs during the day.
