Successful Online Business Advice?

I have just started my own online business and am in the process of establishing myself. I'm ver new at all of this and was wondering if anyone on mylot had any experience in starting and maintaining an online business (particularly anything to do with ebay or other online auction sites) and could offer me any advice on how to be successful in my chosen business venture. I'm really very excited and am looking to grow as quickly as possible.
