i was thinking to myself, would one be able to sleep better with regular exercise? i have used to have regular exercise when i just started work, however a year after i started work, my exercise frequency dropped and following it, i always felt tired even though i might have slept more. does that mean that if we have regular exercise, we would be able to have better quality sleep?

im not sure, but i believe that you will have better shape and sleep if you excercise,beware of snoring!!thanks, have good day and dont forget to always to give best response, +, - mark for people who really deserve it, to earn more and help the community to grow.

yea, i too think so, after having lesser time to exercise, i have started to grow horizontally and lesser quality sleep. maybe i should take out some time for exercise in the weekends when i am not that busy. regarding the beware of snoring, i don't exactly catch what you mean. could you kindly explain please. thanks.
