Interracial relationship

i understand how you feel. but don't care so much about what other people say. i think they are just jealous because you are happy witht he relationship you have with your boyfriend. they are just looking for flaws attemping to destroy your happiness in anyway they can. but don't get too affected. after all, you're inlove with the person whom you think will bring much happiness to you. i am from the philippines and my boyfriend is from sweden. when he once visited me here, people always look at us maybe because he's white and i am brown in color. but i never mind them. all i know is that i am happy and i don't care about other people's negative opinions. they are just skeptical. and maybe envious,too. good luck to us!!!

we are living in a world full of people that are unfortunitly closed minded and will be set in there way of thought. People are afraid of what they do not know or do not understand... only thing you can really do is live your life and hope that one day you can open the eyes of the people that have a problem with it... :)

I heard someone say once and i think it is true to a certain degree that the only problem with the world is thay we have boarders and passports . If the world was just that the world then most of the troubles of the world would not exsist.Imagine one world no fighting over boarders or where a person is from we would all be people of the world

Unfortunately there are lots of ignorant people out there who paint everyone of the same religion etc with the same brush. It annoys the hell out of me too, if i'd a magic wand i'd make them all disappear..;)

There is no proble with that, You keep doing what you are doing . Who cares if people looks at you differently. You know you have a good man and that's all that matters. Tell all of those people who are against it to shut up.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with loving a person of another religion, skin color or from another country. Just ignore the ignorant people who open their mouths and be happy. If you both respect each other and love each other, that's all that matters.

It is unfair that people judge other's relationships as different and negative. I wish everyone could could see the qualities of it and not be so shallow. It is noone's business but yours! If you are happy, show everyone and let the ones who are close minded talk. Prejudices are not cool in any way.

Don't mind them as long as you love each other and commited to do so. You'll be happier and those people who says nothing good about your relationship will get what they deserve.

well, there are some scary examples, and probably they are talking about that. But if you love him, you must continue your relationship. that is my opinion. and do not listen to other people. maybe you must learn his family first, but I think it is ok, to have this relationship.

As the husband of an asian lady I have discovered that some people are just idiots, even some of your own family members. They worry to much about the lives of other people and not enough about their own lives.

There is nothing wrong in interracial relationship as long as you love each other, go ahead. If you are both happy, there is nothing in this world that could stop you how you feel for each other. If you heard people saying bad things about you and your husband, ignore them, they are just making your life miserable if you mind them. If you are still pisses, tell them to mind their own business. If they can't say anything good, better tell them to keep their wide mouth SHUT. Okay?

it is interesting that you complain that people treat him badly because he is muslim but you pointed out he doesnt even practice hos religion. Isnt that kind of like saying he is not that muslim so he is ok?

Yes a lot of people are like that. But at the end of the day, it will be you and your fiancee and no one else. So my advise is to just ignore those naive,insecure,good for noting people who treat you that way. Just do your thing. Forget about everyone else. Believe in your love and believe that your love will conquer all.

I agree. People are so quick to categorize. It's like lumping all white people of European descent in with Hitler. It makes no sense and its just plain not right. I am married to a man of Asian ancestry though he was born and raised in the U.S. and people can ask some rather stupid questions sometimes.

Sometimes things may be happen like this ,so gohead with ur boyfriend itis better you marry him legally,religion,racism doesnot matter so you make a perfect decision dont look over others.

racil difference wont affect 2 person life if they both understand each other and respect their on culture for what they are.
