my lot!!!!!!!!!! how to earn more!!!!!!

I'm not tring to be argumentative, but having money rewards as a way to attract people has already put it at a different level than other freely hosted sites. If the site is good enough (i mean the quality of posting), there is no need to add money as reward to retain people, right? For example if you try to surf through some forums which involves professionalism in certain aspects (say medical), they still have a lot of supporters, but no money rewards. I really appreciate that you have such idea to make it a good site, and i hope the same too. Yet, at the current stage, it's not difficult to find postings, discussions very obvious to boost up the discussion quantity, which means money .. I hope i'm not being offensive. i just want to share about my view.. I sincerely appologize to anyone feeling uncomfortable with my posting.
