How many of u know ur blood group and have u donated it?

i know all of my family blood group,and i always donate my blood every three month

Yes I know, Grp A RH+, very useful to know and keep a note in your wallet in case of emergency. I used to donate blood at least twice a year, but following a visit to the far east I've not been able to yet due to the blood service restrictions, something to do with the possibility of malaria. Everyone over 18 should give blood, you never know when you or someone else will need it, and its not just for transfusions, there are many different blood products that are needed.
